Ray Romano To Join Martin Scorsese's The Irishman

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ray Romano is looking to signing on Martin Scorsese's next movie, The Irishman.

Romano currently is riding high with his acclaimed performance in the small romantic comedy The Big Sick; and this will be a step in the right direction as he transitions from the small screen to the silver one.

The Irishman is in various stages of signing on a great cast, reteaming up Scorsese's earlier muses like Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, as well as Harvey Keitel and Bobby Cannavale.

The movie is budgeted for over $100 million and is housed at Netflix, which will start filming next month and scheduled to be released some time next year.
