According to Variety, Lily Collins has been confirmed to star opposite Nicholas Hoult in the upcoming J. R. R. Tolkien biopic, Tolkien.
She will play Tolkien's wife, Edith Bratt, who inspired Tolkien to create the Elven princesses in his books, like Arwen Evenstar, played by Liv Tyler in The Lord Of The Rings trilogy.
Directed by Dome Karukoski from a script by David Gleeson and Stephen Beresford under Fox Searchlight and Chernin Entertainment. No release date has been set yet.
