Amazon Studios has released the first trailer to their upcoming thriller You Were Never Really Here.
This looks like another powerhouse of a performance from Joaquin Phoenix, and the trailer looks intense and gritty; with perhaps a surprise ending. But then again, admittedly, it is kind of hard to say since it is backed by Amazon and not given a wide release.
Written and directed by Lynne Ramsay, who also did We Need To Talk About Kevin; adapted from the book by Jonathan Ames; the movie will be out in limited release on 6 April 2018.
