Before Uncle Drew, there was a void when it came to basketball movies; so this was a welcome watch.
While the acting was way below par, but the jokes and gags really landed. As cliched as the story was, there was a lot of fun to be had as well.
Tiffany Haddish, Lil rel Howery and Nick Kroll looked like they had a lot of fun filming and that came through the screen.
