The first two acts of this movie were not interesting. There were moments of greatness, there were scenes where I laughed, there were sequences that grabbed my attention; but these were far and few in between.

Margot Robbie is Harley Quinn, there is no doubt about that. She owned this role once again while leading a very good cast. Jurnee Smollett-Bell and Rosie Perez were standouts, there were not enough of Mary Elizabeth Winstead who was also great in the few scenes she was in.

Ewan McGregor and Chris Messina also stole scenes because their portrayals were so interesting.

Unfortunately, we may not see these characters onscreen again because the movie did not do well. And it's hard to argue because the movie was not that good. Only once the final fight happened, that's when the movie really came together.

Also, with a female director in Cathy Yan, some of the scenes really popped, like the hair-tie.
