The most memorable part for me was when Ana de Armas showed up and that short sequence in the middle of the movie that was the classic James Bond move - dressed in a tuxedo, infiltrating the enemy's high-end event, followed by kick-ass action. De Armas was also completely charming with her wide-eyed routine, which if the studio decided to go forward with Lashana Lynch as the new 007, I hope de Armas has a role as well.
I thought this time with Christoph Waltz in a much smaller and confined role, he also was more impactful than compared to his much bigger role in Spectre.
The movie itself was a little too long for my liking. Granted, this was the last outing for Daniel Craig's Bond and they were wrapping everything up with a bow on top (this was also the first time ever in an actor as James Bond where all the movies are connected like a series), the movie had to be longer. But at some point between the second and third act, the steam was running low with exhaustion.
Cary Joji Fukunaga had some really nice shots in this one. I really liked the one with Lynch fading into the shadow while pointing her gun, which was already shown in the trailers; but seeing it in context gave a deeper impact.
And as the final movie for Craig, it was a really nice send-off. The plot points felt a little forced to get us there, but it is what it is.
