Watching and / or listening to Shakespear isn't the easiest task. But watching Denzel Washington and Frances McDormand giving a masterclass in acting was captivating.
Joel Coen's choice for the black-and-white, squarish frame and that simplistic production setup; the movie was wholly driven by Coen's direction for his actors.
