No franchise has taken more liberties naming every sequel than the Fast franchise. But that's actually quite inline with how ridiculous this whole thing has become.
Characters here continue to become superheroes in the sense that they just don't get hurt, they can do anything, and no matter their background they are now proficient in hand-to-hand combat.
Every time one of these family members go into a fist fight with trained soldiers and / or mercenaries, they always come out on top. Every time that happens I am taken out of the movie.
Ludacris' talked about physics, what physics? How does that magnet contraption work? But why am I asking questions about physics when they have a car drove up into space?
Once again, we were seeing building pillars made of styrofoam. The human bodies in this franchise have become hard as steel that they would just go through walls.
But what I actually could appreciate was the entertainment value that the movie had. You can't argue that it was a super easy watch that you could sit in front of with your brain switched off and it would be a relaxing time. Some of the stunts with the cars were actually not bad, but I wished we had more of those instead of the superhero factor.
