I would not want to have this angry Russell Crowe coming after me. He is scarier than any Ghost Face from the Scream movies.

This movie acted as a cautionary tale about keeping patience while driving as you never know who you may piss off when further. But it's done without subtlety and was very on the nose, almost being too desperate to get the message across.

In the first half I was actually rooting for Crowe's character, not sure whether that's a good thing for the movie because he's supposed to be an unlikeable villain that you want to root against.

But then he crossed a line and then went further, a line which when crossed no longer felt like this character could exist in our real world, or mine, at least. There was no longer a sense of verisimilitude after that. But I do understand why the character had to go that direction, because otherwise I think I would have rooted for him all the way.

His actions after that was just to finish the movie for the movie's sake, and held not much entertainment value as well, other than to see Crowe go unhinged.

Good acting performances at least from Caren Pistorius and Gabriel Bateman.
