The spiritual sequel to Searching, and this time the two editors from Searching has joined the writing team and were also directing.
The result, wasn't too bad. They probably edited Searching and thought they could just direct this the actors as well and then create the movie in the editing room.
With different circumstances but switching the role of the missing family member this time around. There's a lot more usage of online technology and tools, and not just webcam and CCTVs.
There's a nice twist at the end but I did wonder if it was overblown. Still, I was highly entertained and needed to know how it ended. Storm Reid is a young talent that will go far, and she's done well here as the lead.
