Just 10 minutes into the movie and I knew this was going to be a fun time. The setup for the two main characters played by Conor Sherry and Gabriel LaBelle was so good, it was so easy to get behind them. What worked so well was their charm and charisma, and of course a great chemistry between the two.
I also loved seeing David Costabile outside of "Billions", and here, coupled with Gillian Vigman, I only wished we could have seen more of this duo, too. The scene where they pretended to be auctioneers was hilarious.
I knew the ending was going to have a lot of heart, but just didn't know how it would get there. And the writers chose this particular way was a little shocking - in a good way. And it ended really well.
