All the quiet scenes could have been cut by half and I don't think it would have made a difference.
Lee Kang Sheng is not a very good actor. He took me out of the movie a couple of times from not being reactionary, but anticipating.
That ending was not very good, nor meaningful in any way.
And I kept thinking the massage place was called Blue Sun Palace; that would have made more sense.
There were so many faults in this production that I'm not sure how this received so many accolades.
What was most impressive were the one-take long conversations between two characters, as the director Constance Tsang let the actors take the scene wherever it may lead without any interruption.
