Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs

I thought this was a fun filled fantasy story, perhaps even the best from Sony; but still easily forgettable.Although the excitement was there, the action was great, the story well told; but it was still lacking in all departments to make it really memorable. Perhaps it's the premise of the storyline, about making the sky rain food, just doesn't seem plausible enough to relate.The characters too could have been developed more, but only the main character had depth; and even that wasn't dynamic enough to be a really cool character. The female lead and her relationship with the protagonist could have been more and developed properly even though this wasn't a love story.However, Bill Hader has done well voicing for the protagonist, very unlike his usual stint with Saturday Night Live; as were his two other SNL colleagues. This movie also saw old-school Mr. T back in the business.Rating: 7 / 10
