Just Go With It (4/10)

I was just reminscing with friends yesterday night over dinner, what were the good movies by Adam Sandler; and surprisingly there were more than I thought.

This one, unfortunately, wasn't one of them, not by the very least.

The whole plot was illogically over-the-top and for a premise such as this, I couldn't accept it. Why would anyone's new girlfriend want to spend "quality time" with the ex-wife. And this just kept coming up, so much that I couldn't enjoy it. Hence, making Brooklyn Decker's character unbelievable and plain silly.

Sandler also likes to put beautiful women in bikini to show off their assets. Sometimes it works, this time, no. I even felt uncomfortable watching it somehow. I don't know if it's because of how it's done, or maybe also because it's Jennifer Aniston, but this time it didn't work for me.

Also, there was zero chemistry between Sandler and Aniston. Whenever they were going to lock lips, I cringed.

Only one who I enjoyed watching was Nicole Kidman prancing around. She was the only one who could make one of those artificial situation funny.
