The cast was a brilliant ensemble with Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, Billy Zane, Kathy Bates, Frances Fisher, Bill Paxton and Gloria Stuart.
And then there's the soundtrack which I have come to believe is best soundtrack for a movie ever composed. And I believe this score is the most memorable one by James Horner yet.
As for the 3D effect made for this movie, it was very well done once again. Especially when the water started rushing in into the corridor, the 3D effect really took the audience in to that place and time. It was almost claustrophobic even.
This movie sure has stood the test of time. It first came out in 1997 and it's about 15 years since and I still enjoyed every minute of the three-hour running time. If not more this time around!
This is definitely a cinematic experience at its best. And this movie is the reason why you need to go to the cinemas.
