The way he created the story and how he told the story resulted in this very fantastic and exciting movie.
He even paced the movie very well as it didn't feel long and it was just long enough to get the audience's hearts pounding. This was what I appreciated most about the movie. I was surprised the movie wasn't a long one. It would have been too long or draggy had it been even 10 minutes longer.
There were also great performances as that's just how Affleck the director rolls. Bryan Cranston continued his fantastic acting from the TV series to the big screen. Alan Arkin and John Goodman were hilarious. Even Tate Donovan and Kyle Chandler's smaller roles added much of the suspense to the overall effect.
But will I watch it again though? I can only say now that probably not anytime soon.
