With a blink-and-you'll-miss-it delivery in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the name "Stephen Strange" was mentioned right after "Bruce Banner" during one of the "interrogation" dialogues.
Knowing Disney-Marvel (or getting to know Disney and Marvel after the last few years), as well as Kevin Feige leading the charge at Marvel, they must be pretty sure about their future plans otherwise they won't randomly throw in a name if it had nothing to do with their movie universe.
So after all the rumours, now all we have to wait and see is when Doctor Strange will hit the big screen.
