They do look good and compliment greatly with the longer trailer.
Leonardo is played by an unknown actor, Pete Ploszek, but is voiced by a name that many people would know, Johnny Knoxville. (From what I've heard in the trailer, I thought he was spot on, surprisingly.)
The only other character that has a different voice actor is Splinter the rat, voiced by Tony Shalhoub and played by Danny Woodburn. (I can see why Woodburn's voice wouldn't fit.)
As for the rest, Rapahel is played by Alan Richtson who was previously seen as Aquaman in Smallville, but perhaps more notably in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Donatello is played by Jeremy Howard, who has appeared in many TV series before. And Michaelangelo is played by Noel Fisher, who is currently a recurring character in Shameless.
The other cast members include Megan Fox, William Fichtner, Will Arnett, Abby Elliot from Saturday Night Live, and Whoopi Goldberg.
