Strangely enough, this trailer didn't do it for me as much as the teaser. It didn't get my interest level up any more than what's achieved so far from the marketing team of Into The Woods.
The only thing that it has going for it, still, is that cast of Meryl Streep, Anna Kendrick, Emily Blunt, James Corden, Chris Pine and Johnny Depp.
But even as we first have a glimpse of Depp, there's nothing special. I'm more invested in Pine's character with this line, "I'm raised to be charming, not sincere." For a moment there, I thought he was channeling his inner Pierce Brosnan.
Hopefully the movie is actually better than what this trailer has shown.
