From the climb up the side of building in that first shot, to seeing Joseph Gordon-Levitt embody Philippe Petit, to him jumping up to the edge of the building; every shot is amazing and breathtaking.
Directed and written by Robert Zemeckis, this first teaser accompanied by the score is simply beautiful. Gordon-Levitt didn't have to say anything, but the way he was directed by Zemeckis - just that simple head turn and then the eyes dart back - tells you a lot about the character.
You don't even need to know the daredevil Petit to see that Gordon-Levitt has transformed himself yet again.
The Walk will be released 2 October 2015. Will this movie finally give Gordon-Levitt's his first Oscar nomination?
