King Kong Delayed, Renamed And Add Cast

Legendary Pictures have announced that the next King Kong movie has been delayed from previously announced 4 November 2016 to 10 March 2017.

The title itself has also been renamed to Kong: Skull Island (from the previous title, Skull Island).

It was also reported that J. K. Simmons has joined the project which currently only includes Tom Hiddleston. The project will be directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts (and not their initial choice with Joe Cornish) and written by Max Borenstein (Godzilla) and John Gatins (Flight).

This isn't much of a delay in the grand scheme of things; but nevertheless, this movie is still quite some time away from shooting. More news will definitely follow soon with casting.
