The Loft first drew my attention when I saw the name James Marsden. I've been a Marsden fan ever since X-Men - maybe because he looked perfect as Cyclops, or I just felt for him because Cyclops was written so poorly. But I've been looking out for Marsden's movies ever since.
But now having seen this trailer, I think it looks bad. It started off with a very "guy" premise, then quickly turned into something unoriginal. No wonder it's coming out during the dumping period, 23 January 2015.
Pity too with a cast that includes a competent cast of Karl Urban, Eric Stonestreet, Rhona Mitra and Wentworth Miller. But who knows, maybe it'll be good? Nah, doubt it.
