Stallone Announces Rambo: Last Blood
Sylvester Stallone, already 68, has confirmed that after doing Creed, he'll be directing a new Rambo movie and has already given it a title, Last Blood.
The title is a direct reference to the first Rambo back in 1982, First Blood. Hence, will Last Blood be the last Rambo movie? Considering Stallone will be pushing 70 by the time he starts working on Last Blood, it's probably safe to say that it will be if he doesn't pass it on.
I wasn't a fan at all of the last Rambo movie. I thought the blood splatters were too over the top and unrealistic. I understand that it's a throwback to the 80's action movies and half of the fun was from the gore, but still, I would have liked a more realistic take and not like James Bond where every bullet has a built in sensor to avoid Rambo instead of hitting him.
But I'm afraid that Stallone will be making it the same way again, and I'm just not its audience - strangely enough since I was an 80's kid.
