Key And Peele To Develop Substitute Teacher Skit Into Movie


If by now you still don't know who Key and Peele are, you don't know what you're missing.

Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele are comedians with their own sketch comedy show on Comedy Central network. Their format is like "Saturday Night Live", only it's not live; but they are really consistent throughout the four seasons that they've been on. And it is one of my favourite shows.

One of their very funny sketch, called Substitute Teacher, has 72 million views on YouTube. And they will be developing it into a full-length feature movie.

Key will play the substitute teacher, Mr. Garvey, while Peele will take on a new role of a bitter rival set on becoming the students' favourite teacher.

Key is going to be in a lot of movies this year, but mostly small roles, just like how Kevin Hart first started in movies. But these two are going to be really busy in the next few years, which could either make them or break them in the movie industry.
