Think Schwarzenegger Can't Act, First Trailer Of Maggie May Change Your Mind

Let's face it, Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't known for his acting chops. Plus, his best known work is Terminator and that doesn't involve a lot of acting anyway.

I wasn't ready for what I just saw. It wasn't as audacious as one reviewer in the trailer called it, but it is just a first trailer.

But the premise of it, even though it's another apocalyptic story and again about zombies; to have Arnold Schwarzenegger doing this kind of role, colour me intrigued and interested.

Arnie's past few movies in which he led like Sabotage and The Last Stand didn't do well, though I quite liked the latter. So if Maggie turns out great, he could be on (his way back) to everyone's radar.

I hope that's the case. I hope I see a very vulnerable and a very quiet but powerful performance from both Schwarzenegger and Abigail Breslin. And having Breslin to play off of, to bring that fatherly emotions out of Schwarzenegger, it's exactly what this movie needs.
