Once in a while, we get a very good sci-fi action-horror like Alien (1979), Event Horizon (1997), Sunshine (2007), and Pandorum (2009). Some were better than others but still, it's the same genre and I'm always fascinated with these.
In 2015, we're getting Infini, a product from Down Under Australia. Directed and written by Aussie Shane Abbess, and starring one recognisable Hemsworth name - Luke, who is the elder brother to the other two other more famous Hemsworths.
Judging from the trailer alone, it doesn't seem like it's offering anything new. Beat for beat, it looks like it shares the same storyline as its predecessors. So the only thing that can make it stand out would be good storytelling, direction and the story itself.
