Disney's D23 saw the release of the first ever poster for the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
What's special, though, about this poster is that it's created by Drew Struzan, the artist who created all the other iconic Star Wars posters, as well as other iconic artwork like Back To The Future, Harry Potter and Indiana Jones.
However, this one seems far from the original trilogy in terms of its style in the composition. If you refer to the others, there are usually more action in the background and not too many characters in the foreground.
There are also two tones in this poster, light side on the left and dark side on the right. But more importantly, John Boyega's character is a Jedi! That, I did not see coming.
18 December 2015 is the date I'm waiting for.
