According to Deadline, Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have confirmed the addition of John Goodman into their fold for Kong: Skull Island.
Goodman joins an ever-growing cast list that already includes Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Toby Kebbell, Jason Mitchell, Corey Hawkins, Samuel L. Jackson, John C. Reilly and Tom Wilkinson.
But that's not all, the movie is also hoping to add Me And Earl And The Dying Girl star Thomas Mann, and final negotiations are in the works.
Even with such a strong cast confirmed onboard, the movie is still quite a ways away with a release date of 8 June 2018.
Hopefully, no more dropouts like the previous case of Michael Keaton and J.K. Simmons.
