Paddington was such a surprise hit last year. I didn't expect to like the movie as much as I did because I thought it would be geared towards children more than adults, but I was pleasantly proven wrong.
According to Deadline yesterday, Studio Canal has signed on Paul King once again to direct the Paddington bear. King will also serve as script writer for the second time.
No word yet whether the same cast will be back as King has not started developing the movie, so there is also no release date as of now.
I don't know how they will attempt to top the first movie but I don't foresee Nicole Kidman coming back as the antagonist.
