Max Landis, writer of Chronicle, American Ultra and the upcoming Power Rangers, has been a very busy man. Not only is he writing, but he's also been directing, acting and producing as well.
His latest offering is a sci-fi drama thriller titled Deeper and, according to The Wrap, the movie now has Bradley Cooper headlining it.
Described by Landis as "Birdman + The Shining + Locke + The Descent + Miyazaki", the movie is about a disgraced astronaut on a mission to reach the bottom of a newly discovered oceanic trench which is speculated as the lowest point on Earth. There, he encounters physical and psychological dangers from some mysterious forces.
The project currently is still being bid by studios and will probably be out later next year.
