Open Road Films have finally released the first trailer and poster for Joseph Gordon-Levitt's next movie, Snowden, directed by Oliver Stone.
And I was blown away by the amount of talent in the supporting cast. I like to see more of Shailene Woodley because The Divergent Series has become a joke. I like seeing Nicolas Cage in this one because he seldom does serious movies anymore and this could put him in a different light. I like how Rhys Ifans is portrayed here, as well as Timothy Olyphant and Zachary Quinto's additions. And you cannot go wrong with Tom Wilkinson and Melissa Leo.
This has Academy Award potential written all over it, for both Stone (who has won three times) and Gordon-Levitt (whose time for his first nomination is now).
Snowden will be out on 16 September 2016.
