After news of Mindy Kaling and Helena Bonham Carter joining the cast of the Ocean's Eleven spin-off, currently titled Ocean's Ocho; today another name has been linked to the project, giving the production a lot of steam.
According to ComingSoon.net, Elizabeth Banks is the latest actress to have shown interest. But it shouldn't come as a surprise as Banks has already worked together with the director Gary Ross twice, Seabiscuit and The Hunger Games.
There's also an updated rumour that Jennifer Lawrence, who was the second actress to have joined Sandra Bullock in the cast, has dropped out due to scheduling conflicts.
With a lot of movie fans acquiring a Jennifer Lawrence fatigue, I thought this movie with an all-female cast for her would be very interesting; so I am a bit disappointed. I would have liked to see her in this more than Banks.
No word yet on an official opening date.
