In an interview with Associated Press, Ben Affleck has hinted at the possibility of the title of his directorial on the upcoming Batman solo movie.
Affleck said it's not set in concrete as of now, but the working title is The Batman: "At least that's what we're going with now. I might change it."
I don't think any fan would object to this title. I like it, it's simple and makes the character more of a symbol, which he's supposed to be.
On a side note, Cillian Murphy's Scarecrow was the only one that uttered the words "The Batman" in Christopher Nolan's entire trilogy in Batman Begins.
