The Terminator rights is going back to creator James Cameron in 2019 and he is planning a sequel already.
According to Screen Daily, Arnold Schwarzenegger has confirmed he will be reprising his role - or at least as one of the Terminator machines from the future.
However, Cameron will be busy with his four Avatar movies so he will not have the time or head space to work on the new sequel. But we can expect him to be a producer on it; since he has already found his choice for a director in Deadpool's Tim Miller.
No release date has been announced.
