Legendary is developing a new franchise based on Nancy Springer's books, the Enola Holmes Mysteries.
Deadline has reported that the studio has confirmed that Millie Bobby Brown will be playing the titular character, and Brown will also be a producer on the film.
Brown and Legendary's relationship began when Brown was cast in the sequel, Godzilla: King Of The Monsters; which has just completed filming. Hence, her producer title for this new franchise. Though it does sound weird that a 13-year-old will be a producer on a film.
No release date has been confirmed for the movie.
