Two powerhouse actresses pitting against each other. How did this movie go so wrong?
Rourke's first directorial, and I am very not on board with her pacing. How do you take an interesting subject like this with two very interesting characters with very rich backstories, and then meander around murky waters to a point where I have to give up?
The cast in this movie was very competent, I even believe Rourke has contributed to their acting. But it's just the movie crawled from scene to scene that was unbearable.
