I don't know why this was a highly rated movie because it just wasn't that good. There was at least an interesting premise going into it, but it never really blossomed into something else.
The characters were not that interesting - a typical trait of a horror movie, to be fair; but some plot points did present with the "what would you do" scenarios.
The ending was a thud, no rhyme or reason and expects the audience to just accept that the kind-of open-ended format; perhaps leaving the possibility of a sequel opportunity.
