This felt like the precursor for Anna Kendrick to take on this year's brilliant Woman Of The Hour, as she started to go for smaller, festive darlings with Alice, Darling.
The movie itself was just alright, but came with good performances from the cast. It was quite slow but delved deep into the abuse subject matter.
