This is another one of those badly review movies that left me wondering why. I had a lot of fun with it. I'm also surprised that, with the reteaming of Brad Pitt and George Clooney, and Jon Watts' first movie after the brilliant success of Spider-Man: No Way Home, that this would have a big theatrical push. But it went straight to streaming instead.
The only thing that kind of disappointed me was that the jokes didn't hit hard enough. Having said that, I reiterate that I had a lot of fun with what was presented to me. I thought the chemistry between the two leads not only carried the movie but lifted the entertainment value by a mile. Their non-stop banter were all highlights.
There was also a solid supporting performance from Austin Abrams. He has such an entertaining running style in this.
