Unrefined, but with a vision that was smart and aptly delivered. I don't know if we needed every frame of the movie, felt like it could have been shorter; but it did keep the audience guessing as to what was happening.
It had a good script and Channing Tatum continues to deliver very solid performances. But I thought Adria Arjona once again showed that she's a great, sometimes stealing scenes from Naomi Ackie who's the lead.
It also had that Midsommar vibe a little, just with a different setting; but still very cult-ish. But the science behind the main plot was a bit loose.
