This movie was so well directed that the comedic scenes all hit their marks. The first time we heard the line, "Iris, go to sleep" was a comedic preview to something else that, when I saw it, without knowing what the movie was about, I gasped.

At first, I thought Sophie Thatcher's facial acting was really good as she could make her cheeks twitch when she was anxious; but then later when I realized that she's a robot (I didn't know she's a robot), I didn't buy that the creators would go to such lengths as to make cheeks twitch. So was that a Thatcher's thing or was that Drew Hancock's decision? Or maybe both, but didn't quite make sense to me.

I enjoyed Harvey Guillen's work in "What We Do In The Shadows" so to see him in a major movie it was great. Rupert Friend popping up here was another equally great surprise as well. I think the cast was all great.

And Hancock's writing in establishing the robot's functionality and features all provided great comedic values. This was a great fun of a movie.
