The actors were not the best but the director got the story and message across just fine.
This was a very important movie, maybe even the most in this decade; because the event in final part of the movie is still happening today.
And to have this perspective, told in this way, about what happened in Southeast Asia back then was very educational. It's the root of my life and I felt like I have gained a lot of understanding about it.
This was a director's movie, and Lan Hong Chun should be receiving a lot of accolades this year.
