Emily Blunt was the star of this. From speaking different languages to the micro expression changes when she first read the mind of a police officer. She elevated this movie.
That train sequence was amazingly crafted. To a lesser director, I don't think that would have been a choice they would make to go in that direction. The entire sequence had me on edge, and to end with Blunt's nervous breakdown - though I had hoped for a more emotional hook at the end but it still did its part.
This will be one of Steven Spielberg's more memorable movies in this decade for me. Though I wished he had cast someone else other than Colin Firth to play the antagonist as I thought such a role for him was boring.
