[Review] The Secret Agent (7.5/10) {O Agente Secreto}

I really enjoyed this movie, but there were scenes and dialogue that I would have cut because this movie did not need to be that long.

Sometimes we spent too much time focusing on a character that we only would meet once. A lot of random sex acts, though added to the feel and tone of that era, but ultimately did nothing to further inform us audience of the main plot. And did we really need that weird cat? No, we did not. Did we really needed that hopping leg sequence? Absolutely not.

But the movie definitely was very well crafted. That opening sequence was captivating and told us so much of how things were back then.

I would have preferred to see how the characters came to that conclusion because it was not shown. Hence, the ending was a little abrupt.
